Thanks to people like you, since its founding in the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo in 1989, East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) has been able to carry out its mission of serving people in the community. Through community involvement and partnerships, ECCO renders assistance including, but not limited to: food, clothing, emergency financial aid, dental and pharmacy care, referral services, GED instruction, and other programs designed to educate individuals and break the cycle of poverty.
